Your Tasks
- Initiating new business deals
- Preparing market analyses
- Structuring deal sourcing processes
- Supporting complex acquisition projects including due diligence process, company valuation, preparation of business cases and investment recommendations
- Assisting with transaction structuring
Your Profile
- Degree in economics or business studies
- Several years of professional experience in corporate finance, management consulting, auditing or a comparable field
- Knowledge of the hospital market in Switzerland, Austria or Germany is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, reliable working style
- Project management skills
- High commitment and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking and team-oriented working style
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, good English skills
