- We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Data and Applications IT Expert to drive the architecture and integration of diverse data systems in the customer company
Description
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing robust IT infrastructures that link various data flows, enhancing CRM capabilities and optimizing tools
- This role demands a strategic thinker who will challenge legacy products and processes and define a visionary roadmap for future-proofed technology solutions
- Assessing the customer's needs and recommending a CRM into which the customer's existing or any future functional software platform will communicate
- Defining a systems architecture roadmap which will be capable of hosting products for multiple stakeholders
- Setting priorities and working with internal stakeholders to ensure that deliverables are met in line with realistic expectations
Profile
- Have demonstrable past success in delivering transformational IT change, bringing together diverse technology resources
- Bring proven experience in designing and implementing IT architectures that integrate data and application systems
- Be an expert - and product agnostic - in CRM platforms, customer data management, and engagement tools
- Be willing to show hands-on technology leadership
- Understanding of data security best practices and regulatory compliance requirements
