About the job
Your responsibilities
- Washing dishes, glasses and cutlery in the staff restaurant
- Cleaning pots and kitchen utensils
- Collaborating in hot and cold kitchen
- Setting up in the kitchen / buffet / self-service area
- Maintenance and monitoring of the sorting area in the restaurant
- General cleaning tasks
- Sorting packaging / recycling waste
- Application of HACCP standards
Your profile
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Good knowledge of French and German
- Excellent team spirit
- Autonomy and flexibility
- Rigour and versatility
- You speak French fluently
