What to expect

Telephone and written advice for back office customers
Support of our waste disposal consultants in preparing offers and other administrative tasks
Ongoing updating of customer master data in the company ERP system
Creating invoices/credit notes for goods receipts and issues
Substitute for cash management

What you bring with you

Completed commercial basic training and professional experience in inside sales
Service-oriented basic attitude
Proficient in Outlook and MS Office and good knowledge of an ERP system
French language skills are an advantage (Dübendorf location)
Fluent French skills in spoken and written or bilingual (Bellach location)
Responsible and reliable working style
High communication and teamwork skills
Passion for recycling
