What can you expect?
During your three-year training, you will gain insight into various departments and be deployed in the following work situations:
- Welcoming and referring bank customers
- Advising bank customers
- Supporting bank customers via digital channels
- Assisting in customer consultations
- Preparing and processing banking transactions administratively
In the different departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers. You can complete your training with us either in the EFZ extended basic education or with a vocational baccalaureate.

- Completed elementary school at the highest school level with good grades
- Good German skills, fluent in speaking and writing
