Deputy Head of Nursing Psychiatry & Psychosomatics, Part-Time 80 - 90% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You are responsible for the professional and individual care and support of psychosomatic and psychiatric patients
• You monitor and accompany patients in crisis situations, working closely with the interdisciplinary team
• As deputy head of nursing psychosomatics, you support the head in administrative matters and co-lead the team
• Active participation in the continuous development of nursing processes as well as in interdisciplinary projects completes your demanding range of tasks
• The workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 90% and covers day shifts (including weekend duties)

Requirements

• You have completed training as a registered nurse HF
• For foreign diplomas, recognition by the SRK is necessary
• Some leadership experience is advantageous but not mandatory
• Professional experience in psychosomatics / psychiatry is required
