Team Leader Property Management, 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You bear overall responsibility for the management of a property portfolio of around 300 apartments
• In addition, you take on the operational management of the office and lead one employee
• Furthermore, you actively work in the management of the cooperative apartments
• In doing so, you maintain contact with tenants, prospective tenants and caretakers
• You conduct apartment handovers and viewings and assign orders to craftsmen
• You also perform accounting tasks (creditors, debtors, posting accounts) and assist with the preparation of the annual financial statements
• Accompanying renovations, the initial letting of new building projects as well as participation in board meetings (6 to 10 meetings per year) and general meetings complete your varied activities
• The workload can, depending on your preference, be between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• You bring several years of professional experience in property management, ideally complemented by further training as a certified property manager FA
• Initial leadership experience is expected; knowledge of ImmoTop 2 is an advantage
• Do you consider yourself entrepreneurial, service-oriented and highly organised?
