Your role with us
- You bear the responsibility for the nursing process and professional nursing care
- You advise and support residents and relatives competently and appreciatively
- You coordinate nursing procedures and ensure documentation and performance recording
- You contribute to the further development of nursing quality, hygiene and safety
- You support the head of department in managing a department with 24 residents
- In their absence, you take over their deputy and leadership duties
What you bring with you
- Qualified Nurse HF (Higher Professional Education)
- Experience in long-term care and initial leadership experience
- Professional and social competence, sense of responsibility and initiative
- Trainer qualification; leadership training advantageous or willingness to undertake
- Good German and IT skills; RAI / EasyDok advantageous
- Flexibility, resilience and an appreciative attitude
