To complement our team in the personnel service, we are looking for a committed, service-oriented and independent personality as
HR Specialist 40 – 50%
In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for the entire personnel administration in job sharing, support selected payroll and social insurance matters as well as recruitment and care.
Your main tasks
- Handling all administrative HR processes along the employee lifecycle
- Managing working time, holiday and absence processes including daily sickness benefits and accident insurance notifications
- Assisting in the preparation and control of payroll processing
- Deputising in tasks related to payroll and social insurance
- Coordinating administrative matters in the area of training and further education
- Creating job advertisements in collaboration with the line management and ensuring applicant administration
- Processing changes and maintaining personnel and time management systems
- Participating in HR projects
- Advising and supporting managers and employees
Your profile
- Commercial training and further education in human resources (at least HR clerk with prospect of soon completing the HR specialist certificate)
- Several years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Knowledge of public personnel law is an advantage
- Experience in payroll processes
- IT affinity and ideally knowledge of systems such as Swiss HRM, Swiss Salary, LOBOS, time.pro, PEP or willingness and interest to learn these
- Independent, precise and responsible working style
- Discreet, resilient and team-oriented personality
The working days are distributed from Monday to Wednesday, depending on the workload. For exchange and collaboration within the team, every second Wednesday morning is scheduled as presence time.
