Job Description

• Complies with the directives of their hierarchical superiors

• Replaces a cook if necessary

• Participates in the quality system of the kitchen

• Organises their work in a rational and economical manner

• Reports to their superior any missing products or those running low in stock

• Ensures the hygiene of the dishes

• Demonstrates availability and flexibility in their work and hours

• Shows adaptability and quickly adjusts to changes

• Maintains personal hygiene

• Reports to their superior any particular infections they may carry

• Performs daily cleaning and tidying

• Takes great care of the equipment used and follows the directives

• Returns equipment and goods to their proper place

• Keeps order and cleanliness in all kitchen areas

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position
• French essential, English a plus
• Basic cooking skills
• Autonomy, flexibility and team spirit
• Sense of responsibility
