Head of Alarm Centre 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You lead our alarm centre and are responsible for the smooth 24/7 operation. You lead and motivate your team of dispatchers and ensure that all emergency calls and alarms are handled professionally. You further develop processes, optimise workflows and are the contact person for customers and emergency services. In addition, you take care of deployment planning, quality assurance and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training in the security sector or comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in a control centre or alarm centre

• Leadership experience and enjoyment of team management

• Very good knowledge of control centre technology and alarm systems

• Resilience and decisiveness even in stressful situations

• Excellent communication skills

• Willingness to work shifts and be on call

• Confident handling of MS Office and control centre software
