The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently being comprehensively modernised through new construction and renovations, complemented by 86 new retirement apartments.
For the specialist responsibility interRAI LTCF CH, we are looking for a committed and personally convincing individual for the RPB location in Baden to start immediately or by arrangement as
Specialist Responsibility interRAI LTCF CH (m/f/d)
Care Staff Team / 80 – 100% workload
This is how you support us:
- You bear overall operational responsibility for the correct application of the RAI system in our care centre
- You are the central contact point for all questions regarding interRAI LTCF CH
- You conduct internal RAI training sessions, support RAI supervisors and coordinators, and monitor implementation in daily care
- You evaluate RAI data, prepare reports for authorities, management, and controlling, and derive measures for quality improvement
- You lead the RAI supervisors and coordinators as a professional leader, provide feedback, and promote further development
This is how you convince us:
- You have a qualification as a certified nursing professional HF / FH or an equivalent recognised qualification
- You have completed the certified further training as an RAI supervisor SAK
- You have several years of experience as an RAI supervisor
- Ideally, you already hold a training licence or are willing to acquire one
- You bring experience in long-term care, ideally in a comparable role
- You have advanced IT skills: MS Office, Pflegedoc, RAIsoft.net and Polypoint (PEP)
- You convey complex content clearly and train teams with patience and empathy
- You are strong in implementation and proactively drive change
- You maintain an overview even in dynamic situations
- You have command of the German language, both spoken and written
