About the job
In this versatile role, you take on the technical responsibility for our properties and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You conduct regular inspections, identify weaknesses and damage patterns early, and support property management with technical concerns. After reports from tenants, you assess defects on site, coordinate further processing, and, if necessary, take over ticket assignment to contractors, caretakers, or internal departments. You check whether work has been carried out correctly, provide feedback, and initiate follow-up deadlines. Depending on the need, you also accompany smaller expansion and renovation projects and take on construction management tasks there – for example, in roof renovations, facade work, or tenant space expansions. You monitor the proper execution of maintenance and ensure sustainable quality. For our properties, you record tenant defects, work closely with construction management, and ensure that all measures are implemented professionally. Long-term follow-up as well as compliance with all requirements in the areas of fire protection, safety, and electrical systems are also part of your responsibilities. As a team-oriented and authentic personality, you communicate clearly, appropriately for the audience, and always on equal footing.
What you bring
- Completed training and several years of experience in a construction-related trade or technical-craft environment. Advantageous: construction-related training, e.g., carpenter, or training as an architectural draughtsperson / structural draughtsperson or construction technician HF
- Strong affinity for construction, good technical understanding, and confident handling of construction-related issues
- Very good PC skills, especially MS Office;
- Fluent German in spoken and written form
- Open, service-oriented personality with a neat appearance
- Strong organizational talent
- Solution-oriented, quality-conscious, and punctual work routine
- Independent, responsible, and decisive working style
