Customer service is important to us, which is why we are looking for a flexible summer assistant in customer guidance, customer reception and the Zooom experience world (m/f/d) in Zermatt from now until mid-September 2026 for our visitors. 
 

Your tasks:

• Warm and professional reception of our national and international customers
• Competent advice about the experience at Gornergrat
• Active sales support at the ticket machines
• Support in customer guidance at the turnstiles
• Assistance in the care of the Zooom experience world

Your profile:

• Proficient in German and English, any additional language is an advantage
• You are flexible, enjoy working independently and take responsibility
• You are service-oriented and respond to individual customer needs
