tasks

• as deputy team leader, you actively support the team leader in managing the motivated team
• you are also responsible for needs- and resource-oriented individual care and support
• you also take on deployment and resource planning
• the independent needs assessment RAI-NH rounds off your responsible area of tasks
• the workload can, depending on preference, range between 60 and 100%

requirements

• you have training as a qualified nurse / nurse FH / HF with professional experience
• for foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
• a completed leadership training is a great advantage, or the willingness to complete such further training promptly
• a well-groomed appearance and pleasant manners are expected
