• You are professionally primarily responsible for the conception of specific support offers and services (e.g. implementation of the sports concept, youth sports promotion, sports award, athlete honours, workshops for sports clubs).
• You organise, lead and communicate various support instruments and ensure their implementation.
• You process funding applications in the sports sector and prepare the corresponding decisions.
• You develop concepts, decision-making bases and reports.
• You are the internal and external expert as well as the general contact point for sports promotion (advice and information).
• You independently handle demanding dossiers, tasks and projects and contribute to the development of sports policy foundations and strategies.
• You collaborate with external partners.
• You take on administrative management.
• You lead or participate in events of the Culture and Sports department.

• You have a degree at university or university of applied sciences level (Master) in sports, politics, economics or a comparable qualification related to sports promotion/sports management.
• You bring proven experience in sports promotion and project management.
• You preferably have experience in administrative processes.
• You are familiar with the sports offerings, sports organisations and clubs of the city of Lucerne.
• You are interested in sports policy topics and regularly update your knowledge.
• You think goal-oriented and conceptually and act independently.
• You have excellent organisational, coordination and communication skills.
• You bring high social competence and a strong sense of responsibility.
• You are characterised by a high service orientation.
• You have a strong affinity for digitalisation topics and possess good IT skills.
