The Ensemble Hospitalier de la Côte — EHC is a healthcare network that brings together establishments with complementary missions. We are looking for the angiology department of our vascular centre – angiology in Yverdon a:
Medical Secretary (M/F) at 80%
Start date immediate or to be agreed.

YOU HAVE
- Training as a medical secretary, commercial employee CFC, pharmacy assistant CFC or an equivalent qualification.
- At least two years of prior experience in a medical secretariat in Switzerland, an asset, combined with an excellent knowledge of medical terminology.
- Recognised skills in the use of IT tools as well as excellent spelling.
- Flexibility and versatility to provide doctors with quality support in carrying out all the activities of a medical secretariat.
- A strong team spirit, autonomy and the desire to evolve in an environment that promotes collegiality.
- Rigor, attention to detail and good priority management allowing you to cope with a constantly evolving activity.
- Good interpersonal skills enabling harmonious collaboration with the various medical and care professionals.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure the reception and orientation of patients
- Develop some technical gestures (help with dressing and undressing patients, preparation of machines, taking blood pressure)
- Manage the billing of medical acts.
- Ensure the follow-up of all daily administrative tasks contributing to the smooth running of the institution such as managing emails and schedules.
- Be responsible for the preparation, follow-up and archiving of patients’ physical medical records
- Type, proofread and send medical reports and examination results to internal and external doctors within appropriate deadlines.
