Your tasks
- Effective implementation of operational objectives set by the service center management in daily activities
- Management of coordinators associated with the team as well as service technicians in the service area (10 employees)
- Implementation of performance control based on indicators to ensure team productivity and efficiency
- Continuous prioritization of service orders based on operational indicators
- Active support of the team in coordination/department of service technicians and order planning
- Conduct written and telephone communication related to orders with customers (load administrations and building technology installation companies)
- Handling complaints and administrative processing of claims
- Active and constructive collaboration with other departments (sales, service, quality assurance)
- Support for the development of a positive team culture
- Identification of training needs and development potentials within the team
- Ensuring effective and targeted integration of new staff members
Your profile
- Basic technical training (heating/sanitary/electrical) or initial/continuing commercial training or equivalent professional experience
- Ideally experience in the technical building sector
- Several years of management experience (e.g., as a team leader or similar management role)
- Basic user knowledge in managing Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Passion for personnel management
- Confident and thoughtful attitude with assured communication
- Ability to recognize and resolve conflicts
- Motivating personality, team-oriented with a lived feedback culture
- Effective and solution-oriented decision making
- Structured and organized working methods with analytical thinking
- Experience in planning (an advantage)
- Very good command of French spoken and written, knowledge of German is an asset
