Specialist Project Manager: Service Recording & Coding (80 – 100 %)

Due to our growth, we are strengthening our Service & Coding team with a Specialist Project Manager: Service Recording & Coding.
Your tasks include project management for the introduction of the service recording module of our hospital information system KISIM in Swiss hospitals and the implementation of coding-related topics. You are the primary contact person for customers, analyze their needs, and advise on efficient service recording and coding. You coordinate internal CISTEC tasks and are co-responsible in the product management team for the further development of the module. Depending on your interest and experience, you may also take on extended product and project responsibility.
Your profile
- You are familiar with the Swiss healthcare system and know the corresponding outpatient and inpatient billing tariffs.
- You have practical experience with service recording systems or coding in Swiss hospitals and clinics.
- Ideally, you have experience with system configurations and specification work.
- You are communicative, have strong consulting skills, and appreciate professional customer contact.
- Very good oral and written French skills are required.
