• You answer and process electronic and telephone customer inquiries about stock exchange transactions as well as execution-only orders on various stock exchanges
• You are responsible for the processing of all transactions in securities and investment areas
• You support our customers with technical questions about trading
• You advise and sell investment funds including fund savings plans for our team-supported customers
• You actively help to improve and further develop the team's field of activity

• You have a commercial basic education in the banking sector
• You have experience in customer consulting
• You are interested in investment topics and are willing to deepen this knowledge in a dynamic team in a modern environment
• You enjoy telephone customer contact
• You have good German and French skills, English skills are an advantage
