SOCIAL EDUCATORS (M/F) on a permanent contract between 60% and 90%

To reinforce our teams, we are looking for

Your missions and responsibilities:

• Support residents according to their specific needs and life habits
• Implement and monitor the individualised projects of the beneficiaries
• Participate in maintaining team dynamics within a multidisciplinary work framework.

Your ideal profile:

• Diploma as an educator from a recognised social school or holder of a CFC in ASE with desired professional experience in the field of autism or intellectual disability
• Ease in interactions with residents and proven skills in managing individualised projects
• Ability to rigorously apply support concepts
• Organisational skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
