The Office for Information Technology (AFI) is the IT competence centre of the Canton of Zurich. It provides comprehensive services in the area of central IT infrastructure and canton-wide applications for directorates, authorities, the judiciary, and independent institutions. Commissioned with the implementation of the new Information and Communication Technology (ICT) strategy, the Office for Information Technology accompanies and supports the Canton of Zurich into the digital world.

Your tasks:

• Analysis and modelling of business processes in the area of input/output management and document management
• Collection, structuring and specification of functional and technical requirements together with various stakeholders
• Conducting and moderating workshops and interviews to develop future-proof solutions.
• Creation and maintenance of use cases, user stories and requirements documentation
• Support of technical implementation as well as planning and coordination of tests
• Responsibility in demand, incident and change management as well as close cooperation with internal and external partners
• Coordination of external suppliers and promotion of knowledge transfer within the service environment
• Further development and optimisation of document processes taking into account high quality and security standards
• Identification of optimisation potentials and active shaping of modern IT services

Your profile:

• University degree (FH/Uni) in business informatics or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in requirements engineering, business engineering or a similar role
• Enjoy analysing complex requirements and developing viable solutions together with different stakeholders
• Experience in test management, project management or document management is an advantage
• Analytical, structured and independent working style as well as strong communication skills
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
