∙ Production of cooked-cured, raw-cured, raw sausage or scalded sausage products

∙ Training as a meat specialist, food technologist, cook, baker, cheesemaker or similar
∙ Professional experience in the food industry
∙ Technical understanding and hygiene awareness
∙ Good knowledge of German
