WHAT YOUR TRAINING WILL CONSIST OF

1st year of training

• You participate in our two-day Welcome Day with all apprentices from Switzerland.
• You discover the routines in the branch.
• You receive support to excel at vocational school and during customer interactions.

2nd year of training

• You take responsibility for certain tasks in the branch.
• With the help of your trainer, you become a sales professional.
• You are trained in ordering goods and stock management, and you assist in implementing seasonal promotions and displays.

3rd year of training

• You specifically prepare for your final exam during a two-day seminar to pass it with flying colours.
• You gain valuable insights into the tasks of a manager and learn what it means to be a true leader.
• You take a central role in the branch and already assume responsibility for your own department.
