- The Labour Market Office (OMAT), attached to the employment service, works towards a balanced and dynamic labour market. It supports job seekers towards rapid and sustainable integration and develops close partnerships with employers in the canton.
Comprising more than 80 collaborators, OMAT operates at the heart of economic and social issues, in connection with numerous public and private actors.
Do you wish to lead a strategic sector at the heart of the cantonal labour market challenges?
Reporting to the head of OMAT, you ensure the management of the ORP - ProEmployees sector.
In this capacity, you implement the professional integration strategy to promote a balanced labour market and the rapid and sustainable reintegration of job seekers.
At the core of your role, you supervise and develop a committed team which you support in managing sometimes complex situations, while fostering a collaborative dynamic.
You ensure transversal coordination of activities and develop close collaboration with internal and external partners, notably actors in (re)professional integration and employers in the canton.
With a university education or an equivalent qualification, you have proven experience in a position of responsibility, including team management and activity coordination.
You have a strong interest in labour market issues, professional integration, and operate comfortably within an institutional environment.
Recognised for your leadership, you unite and support teams in demanding contexts. You stand out for your excellent communication and negotiation skills, and develop constructive collaborations with a variety of interlocutors.
Thanks to your strong analytical mind, you make informed decisions and adopt a transversal approach, focused on client needs and solution seeking.
