Your Tasks
- You accompany and support FABE trainees during their training in regular PA meetings and ensure the theory-practice transfer; you receive a defined workload for this, which you can plan flexibly
- You ensure the pedagogically oriented support, promotion, and care of adults with intellectual disabilities and challenging behavior
- You promote, activate, and specifically accompany our users according to their individual abilities
- You support the users in leading as self-determined and good a life as possible
- You maintain client documentation
Your Profile
- You have completed training as a specialist in care, specialist in child care, health specialist, geriatric nurse, certified disability care specialist, or curative education nurse
- You have a certificate as a vocational trainer or are interested in completing the further training
- You preferably have experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities
- You are a team player and work resource-oriented
- You adapt to new situations and do not lose overview even in difficult moments
- Irregular working hours are a matter of course for you
