tasks

• you will work on versatile projects (design / detailed planning) in the areas of residential and commercial buildings as well as renovations
• in doing so, you coordinate the collaboration with the client as well as the other project partners
• you also keep an overview regarding design, functionality, economy and sustainability
• depending on aptitude and interest, a further development as a member of the management is possible in the medium term
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have completed studies as an architect ETH / FH or comparable training completed in Switzerland
• solid professional experience as a construction manager or project manager is a great advantage
• do you describe yourself as structured, communicative and solution-oriented?
