Profile requirements
Profile
- Solid HR experience in a comparable position as well as further training at specialist certificate level
- Experience in an industrial, craft or construction-related environment
- Strong assertiveness and pragmatic thinking
- Very good German skills, any additional foreign language is an advantage
- Willingness to travel of approx. 10%
