🎯 YOUR PROFILE
Completed commercial vocational training
At least 2 years of professional experience in reservations in 4* or 5* hotels
Fluent German and English skills are required, any additional language, such as Italian, is an advantage
Strong service orientation, high quality awareness, and attention to detail
Well-groomed appearance, professional manners, and friendly demeanor
Empathetic and discreet personality, as well as willingness to go the extra mile
📄 YOUR TASKS
Careful entry and management of guest and reservation data in our hotel software "Protel"
Acceptance and processing of all individual reservations, incoming system bookings as well as handling of rebookings and cancellations
Monitoring of option dates and reconfirmations
Creation and evaluation of various statistics
Ensuring smooth operation based on checklists, control of specifications according to LQA, Forbes and (ISO)
Close cooperation with the Front of House team
Active upselling of hotel services
Completion of all other tasks arising in reservations
Support and deputizing for the Reservation and Revenue Manager
