The varied day

• You are responsible for a successfully utilised offer of work and day structure places in the studios of the day centres
• You actively participate in the ongoing review and further development of the day centres' offers
• You are responsible for the quality of the services provided and the satisfaction of the clients
• You are in charge of a team of around 10 FTE and are responsible for personnel management, personnel deployment planning and personnel development

• You are a flexible, resilient personality with pronounced social skills
• Organisational talent, structured and efficient working as well as an analytical and networked way of thinking complete your talents
• You have a completed tertiary-level education in the social or special education field
