In our institutions – Children’s Home Brugg, Olsberg Foundation and Familynetwork – professionals work with educational expertise and heart to strengthen and support children, young people and families.
In the external residential group of the Children’s Home Brugg, young people take their first steps towards independence. They take on responsibility and are encouraged in their independence and social behaviour.

Deputy Residential Group Leader
Your Tasks
- You accompany and individually support the young people in their daily lives.
- You help create a supportive and development-promoting environment.
- You actively shape the daily routine in the residential group.
- You support the residential group leader and take over leadership in their absence.
Your Skills
- You have a qualification in social pedagogy or an equivalent education.
- You enjoy working in a committed team.
- You act reflectively, responsibly and independently.
- It is advantageous if you have completed further training as a practical instructor or are willing to undertake this course.
