About the job
- Support the Banquet Operations team in the operational execution of meetings, events and banquets on site
- Active participation in events and gradual assumption of own tasks in day-to-day business
- Coordination with service, kitchen, technical, logistics and event sales
- Preparation, implementation and follow-up of function sheets and event processes
- Ensuring professional guest care and high service quality during events
- Assistance with preparations, orders, room set-ups and follow-ups of events
- Contributing own ideas for the further development of processes in the banquet area
- Studies at a hotel management school recognised by LGAV and looking for a 6-month internship in banquet operations
- Enjoy actively participating, taking responsibility and not just watching
- Structured working style, organisational talent and overview even in lively situations
- Host personality with joy in contact with guests and in upscale hospitality
- Team-oriented personality with pleasure in collaborating with various departments
- Good German and English skills
- Availability from August 2026 for 6 months, maximum until 28 February 2027
