The Prendre Soin et Accompagner Residences (RPSA) are closely linked to the Geneva State Professional Provident Fund (CPEG) as it is their shareholder and property owner. Through a private law foundation and a limited liability company (LLC), both non-profit, RPSA's mission is to operate buildings for elderly people and to offer services adapted to their level of autonomy and security needs.

Main Responsibilities
The post holder will be responsible for:
- Assessing the social, administrative and financial situations of residents to identify their needs, resources and risks that may impact their journey within the institution;
- Providing individualised social support to residents and their relatives, especially in complex, sensitive or crisis situations, promoting a comprehensive and coordinated approach;
- Implementing the necessary steps to maintain and secure residents’ social, financial and administrative rights, in collaboration with competent bodies and partners in the Geneva socio-health network;
- Creating, monitoring and updating residents’ administrative and social files, particularly for social benefit applications, financial aid and adult protection measures;
- Collaborating with protection authorities, legal representatives, institutional partners and external stakeholders to ensure support adapted to residents’ situations;
- Preventing situations of hardship, social isolation or rights disruption, and contributing to finding solutions adapted to encountered issues;
- Ensuring close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, the administrative secretary and the residents’ accounting department to guarantee coordinated and efficient management of situations;
- Participating in residents’ admission, stay and discharge processes, ensuring continuity of social and administrative support;
- Guaranteeing the quality, traceability and confidentiality of information and procedures carried out in compliance with legal frameworks, professional secrecy and institutional procedures;
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of service practices and the smooth flow of information within the institution.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in social work (social service orientation) or equivalent qualification;
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in a similar role;
- Excellent command of spoken and written French;
- Experience in the medico-social field or with elderly people is desirable;
- Good knowledge of the Geneva socio-health network;
- In-depth knowledge of social insurance and adult protection;
- Ease with complex administrative procedures;
- Proficiency in common IT tools and specialised service software (Sadies, Odoo, GestPlace);
- Flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, good communicator;
- Administrative and organisational rigour;
- Analytical skills and ability to manage complex situations;
- Autonomy and sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work in a team and network;
- Capacity to prioritise and manage emergencies;
- Good stress resistance.
