For the establishment of an in-house Spitex, we are looking for dedicated health professionals who are motivated to support the assigned area in medical and nursing tasks. This includes medication responsibility as well as treatment care in the living groups. The expertise is based on a contemporary understanding of medicine and nursing and is complemented by anthroposophical medicine.
We offer plenty of room for creativity and self-effective participation.
We are a vibrant organization. Stagnation is not part of our vocabulary.
We are fans of a respectful communication style and maintain an open feedback culture.
We provide you with professional, internal specialist departments and consultations.
In our support, we emphasize individual development, participatory involvement, and self-determination.
The UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UN-CRPD) and an inclusive societal image that recognizes diversity and experiences it as an added value guide us.
We align your salary with industry-standard rates.
You can expect 550 dedicated colleagues welcoming you with open arms.
We follow our anthroposophical roots and are committed to encountering people with their resources and development potential in their entirety. In doing so, we contribute to a contemporary understanding of anthroposophy.
Our vision: Shaping life. Because being human is more.
