- You will handle first-level support inquiries and complaints and address errors and technical issues
- Email and administrative inquiries will also be part of your responsibilities after the training phase
- Complete and error-free recording of customer requests in the system
- Working hours: Monday to Sunday between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM and night shifts from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- After the training phase, 80% is desired and home office is possible
- You are proficient in German, Italian, and French, both spoken and written
- Service orientation, good PC skills, and experience in customer service facilitate the entry
- Flexibility and reliability are additional plus points
- You are looking for a hybrid work model where you can also work a few days from home
- A clean criminal record and debt collection register extract are required for employment
- Start immediately or by arrangement
- After the starting salary of CHF 4,314 (100%), your salary will increase by 4% per year in the first two years
- For each additional national language, you will receive a bonus of CHF 100.- (100%)
- One additional vacation day for each year until the 5th year of service
- For night, Sunday, and holiday shifts, you will receive bonuses of up to 50%
