Metrology Technician 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client requires an experienced metrology technician who monitors and ensures quality-relevant processes within the company. In this position, you will programme and operate 3D measuring machines as well as contour measuring devices. You will create and edit deviation reports and initiate appropriate corrective actions. Your duties also include conducting internal and external quality checks as well as incoming, intermediate, final inspections and first sample tests. You will prepare test plans, support production with quality issues, always taking into account customer-specific requirements. Furthermore, you will actively participate in various projects, whether involving new parts or process optimisations.

What do I need to be successful?

For this exciting role, you bring a completed vocational training as a polymechanic or a similar profession and ideally have professional experience in machining as well as in measurement and testing methodology. Good IT skills are essential for this position. As a communicative and service-oriented personality, you work independently, precisely and reliably – qualities that are particularly valued in this quality-conscious environment.
