• Professional and personnel management of the accounting team
• Ensuring correct, timely, and transparent accounting
• Responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Analysis, optimisation, and further development of existing financial processes
• Promotion of digitalisation and automation in the accounting area
• Clear preparation and communication of figures and complex contexts
• Close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Ensuring a service-oriented and trustworthy cooperation

• Professional certificate in finance and accounting or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in accounting, ideally in healthcare
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in developing and motivating employees
• IT affinity and experience with accounting software, knowledge of Lobos, Abacus, and Perigon is an advantage
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• Empathetic and integrous personality with a high sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills, diplomatic yet assertive manner
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
