In interdisciplinary, agile teams, we develop high-quality software solutions for our clients in the social insurance sector. As a Test Manager (m/f/d), you take on a central role in the development process and ensure that quality is lived.

What you achieve
Your main tasks and responsibilities are:
- Responsibility for test management of a product in agile software development projects (Scrum/SAFe)
- Development, planning and control of test strategies, test concepts and test plans
- Coordination and occasional execution of technical tests (e.g. integration, interface or system tests)
- Professional leadership and management of test teams
- Ensuring test coverage, quality and adherence to deadlines
- Close collaboration with Product Management, Development Teams and stakeholders
- Deputising for Product Management, e.g. in the development of business requirements and specifications
- Responsibility for test processes, defect management and reporting
- Continuous optimisation of test methods and processes
- Active involvement in the creation of synthetic test data as well as in the establishment and further development of test automation
- Support during acceptance tests (UAT), releases and go-lives
Why you succeed
For this exciting role, we are looking for committed and customer-oriented personalities with the following profile:
- Completed training or degree (HF/FH/Uni) in business informatics or comparable education
- Experience in test management in an agile IT environment is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, ideally SAFe)
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Xray)
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- Assertiveness as well as very good communication skills
- ISTQB certification is an advantage
- Very good German skills, good English skills, any additional national language is an advantage
