About the job
You or you?
For us, the matter is clear. We live a "you" culture. Therefore, we communicate in this way already during the application process and in the interviews.
We at Spitex Uster, a business unit of the City of Uster, are looking for committed colleagues who want to ensure and advance outpatient care, support, and assistance for about 40,500 residents in the City of Uster and the municipality of Mönchaltorf together with us.
Our range of services includes both somatic and psychiatric care, counselling, domestic help and support, as well as the Spitex shop. In addition, we are a training and internship location and a member of the Gesundheitsmeile Uster training cooperation. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of our clients through professional, caring, and individual care, support, and household assistance. With our help, clients can remain in their familiar environment or return home earlier after a hospital stay.

- Personal skills, a high degree of initiative and independence, psychological and physical resilience, as well as very good observation, decision-making, and reflection skills
- Optionally, your own car (mileage allowance by Spitex) or a category B driving licence
We offer you
