Your Impact
- Deliver high-impact projects and engage with senior stakeholders from high-profile clients in industries such as Pharma & Life Sciences, Financial Services, Retail & Consumer, Industrial Products, and Public Services.
- Enable clients to innovatively leverage their data by proposing and developing the most suitable data- and AI-driven solutions according to their needs and the availability/properties of their data.
- Help clients advance digitization with algorithms and analyses of various data sources. Projects include the technical and analytical development and optimization of existing solutions as well as shaping novel approaches in an R&D type of work.
- Contribute technical expertise on AI/ML, which may include-but is not limited to-Generative AI, Computer Vision, Time Series Analysis, or Natural Language Processing (NLP) including Large Language Models.
- Question the status quo, seek the necessary information, understand the challenge at hand, and come up with creative and simple solutions.
- Apply and continue learning best practices in technology, data science, and consulting approaches.
Your Skill Set
- A university degree in fields such as data science (including ML, NLP, or computer vision), computer science, physics, or mathematics is preferred.
- Work experience in AI/ML, including thesis work, is required, and familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms is advantageous.
- One proper language, such as Python, Go, Rust, Dart, Node.js, React, C++, would be sufficient.
- Familiarity or experience with essential software engineering concepts, such as OOP, Git, and APIs, is necessary
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills, combined with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to delivering client value, are crucial.
- Fluency in English is required, and German language skills are a significant plus. Willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally internationally is necessary.
