- Support the accounting team with daily operational tasks.
- Manage assigned bank and post accounts efficiently.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing preparations.
Skills
- Completed commercial training and further education in accounting.
- Strong command of German; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Accounting Clerk 80-100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Posting and management of assigned bank and postal accounts
- Reconciliation of credit card transactions
- Posting and reconciliation of assigned general ledger accounts
- Support in the accounting day-to-day business of our subsidiaries
- Assistance in accounts payable accounting
- Support in supervising our apprentices
- Assistance in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss accounting standards
Your profile - what you bring:
- Completed commercial basic training as well as further training as an accounting clerk
- Enjoyment of accounting, precise and structured working style as well as the desire to develop professionally
- Ideally the willingness to pursue the professional certificate in finance and accounting at a later date
- Confident German language skills; additional language skills – especially French – are an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
