The Chair of Accounting is specialized in research topics related to international accounting and financial reporting primarily using empirical archival research designs. Student assistants will be fully integrated in the team and can get a first-hand view on a Chair's activities. The working period should begin as soon as possible or at the start of the autumn semester and last for at least one semester.

- Assistance with preparing teaching material for the English track in the program for the Master of Accounting and Corporate Finance (MACFin) and Executive Education
- Research assistance with data collection
- Assistance with literature research and organisation
- Administrative responsibilities in a young, dynamic, and international environment
Your profile
- Excellent marks in your bachelor, diploma, licentiate or master studies in business, economics, or related fields
- Sound understanding in accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Expertise in using a statistical software (e.g. STATA, SPSS, R, Python)
- Strong German and English spoken and written communication skills
- High personal motivation
- Independent and responsible work ethics
