About the job
- Together with the controlling team, you ensure cost and result transparency through appropriate reporting and analyses, including regular controlling discussions.
- Together with the team management, you are responsible for preparing the budget, financial planning, interim forecasts, and profitability calculations.
- You are the contact person and sparring partner for the management and site managers as well as other internal stakeholders.
- You are responsible for monitoring and further developing cost center and cost unit accounting according to the industry standard REKOLE.
- You ensure complete and high-quality service recording in inpatient, day clinic, and outpatient areas.
- You support data preparation and cleaning for external statistics.
- You actively participate in projects and in the further development of our controlling tools and processes.
- You have successfully proven your competence over many years in similar functions; experience in healthcare is a great advantage.
- A degree at the level of a university of applied sciences, university, or as a federally certified expert in accounting and controlling, as well as continuous further training in this area, complete your profile.
- You enjoy working your way into complex structures and are used to working with modern tools (TIP HCe, Opale), using them efficiently and optimizing them.
- You develop creative and customer-oriented solutions through your quick comprehension, high IT affinity, and analytical skills.
- You convince with your winning appearance, communication strength, and teamwork skills, making it easy to interact with people at all hierarchical levels.
- You are willing to travel and ready to work at other PSG locations if needed.
