About the job
- Finance responsibility: Ensuring the proper and timely preparation of monthly, interim, and annual financial statements including audit
- Preparation of the budget and 5-year planning
- Preparation of decision-making bases for financial and business management questions
- Coordination and management of the internal control system (ICS) and risk management
- Correct use of controlling and planning tools
- Preparation of VAT returns and tax declarations
- Organization of IT topics and processes within the organization
- Management of retail, strategic planning, and target setting
- Commercial basic training with further education in finance and accounting, specialist certificate level
- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented
- Entrepreneurial and networked, with the ability to drive topics goal-oriented and pragmatically
- Experience in retail
