We are looking for an Area Manager Nursing Service and Hospitality (70-80%) to start immediately or by arrangement.

What to expect

• You support the business area management in the operational and strategic control of the area as well as in organisational and business management issues
• You continuously analyse, optimise and develop processes and cross-departmental interfaces
• You participate in budget, forecast, controlling and reporting processes and prepare meaningful analyses and decision-making bases
• You lead, coordinate or accompany cross-departmental projects as well as transformation and organisational development processes
• You prepare management information and support the business area management in well-founded decisions
• You coordinate the collaboration between hospital, management, business areas and internal services (e.g. IT, HR or finance) and ensure a smooth flow of information
• You promote standardised processes, drive continuous improvements and strengthen cross-departmental collaboration
• Depending on your strengths, you take on the professional or personnel management of administrative staff
