Facility Management Project Coordinator
Building Office | 50% | Chur
As the reference service in building matters, the Building Office represents the interests of the Canton of Graubünden as property owner and/or client and is responsible for all real estate management services. Its tasks include structuring the real estate portfolio, planning, construction and management of properties, as well as advisory activities.
For 1 September 2026 or by agreement we are looking for a facility management project coordinator.
As a facility management project coordinator, you can expect an open working environment in Chur, interesting opportunities for professional development, as well as a certain degree of flexibility to balance work, family and leisure time.
- Responsibility for energy supply management to ensure economical and sustainable purchases based on sound decision-making foundations created through data processing, analysis and monitoring
- Responsibility for contract management, including procurement as well as specialist verification and evaluation of offers/contracts in operational building management
- Participation in and coordination of maintenance, refurbishment and implementation projects
- Responsibility for furniture and moving management including needs assessment, economical purchasing and ordering of furniture in accordance with internal guidelines and standards, as well as publication, allocation and implementation of moves in coordination with ongoing projects
- Point of contact for beverage and snack management with responsibility for quality control and performance as established by contracts
- Contact point between operational implementation and strategic planning
- Collaboration in integrating corporate requirements in the project and construction phase to ensure sustainable real estate management (pbFM)
- Completed studies or professional development in facility management or building, environmental and energy technology, or equivalent experience as a SSS technician in building technology
- Enjoys working competently in contact with groups with heterogeneous needs
- Communicates clearly and enjoys working on projects within a team
- Confident use of digital tools is part of your daily routine
- Thinks entrepreneurially and interdisciplinarily
- Works with dedication as well as independently and service-oriented
- Is a confident, friendly and persuasive person
- Is able to express themselves in a stylistically impeccable manner
- A broad general knowledge and, preferably, knowledge of the Italian language complete your profile
