Infrastructure and Commercial Facility Management (80–100%)
Your Tasks
- Ensuring smooth, efficient, and sustainable execution of all infrastructural and commercial facility management processes
- Responsibility for provider management in the areas of cleaning, moves & furniture, disposal, caretaking, mail services, and security
- Maintenance and administration of all facility management contracts as well as timely and needs-based processing in the contract tool
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control in close cooperation with finance, including ancillary cost accounting and reporting
- Ensuring up-to-date room data in the CAFM system (superuser function) and creation of space and potential analyses
- Planning and management of moving, remodeling, and IT projects – from the concept phase to handover to operations
- Promoting transparent, service-oriented communication with internal and external partners
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training with further education in facility management or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in infrastructural and commercial facility management, ideally in an industrial environment
- Strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and interconnected, economic thinking
- High resilience, initiative, and solution-oriented working style in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Very good German skills, English skills at B2 level
- Confident handling of digital tools and CAFM systems
