At our BiMOS Backend plant in Lenzburg, we manufacture efficient and high-quality power semiconductors for use in motor controls and inverter systems. In doing so, we make a decisive contribution to making industry, public, and individual transport more energy-efficient, while our technology also enables the production and transport of renewable energy from the production site to the consumer. What you can achieve
Planned maintenance, servicing and inspection: Carry out regular and condition-based measures to avoid downtime and ensure equipment availability according to general guidelines, specific maintenance instructions, documentation of deviations and planning by the maintenance management
Calibration of equipment and components: Ensuring the precise functionality of systems to maximise production quality and performance
Management of spare and consumable materials: Optimised material management for smooth production
Proactive information sharing: Ongoing reporting of completed work to support efficient planning and implementation
Quality control: Sustainable inspection of (self-)performed maintenance work as well as equipment and process releases through functional tests and statistical process control (SPC) to ensure the highest production standards
Training of personnel: Further training of shift employees in the technical field to share knowledge and ensure process reliability
Technical documentation: Documentation of performed maintenance work and identification of deviations in maintenance and work documents for their improvement
Ensuring occupational safety: Compliance with and monitoring of safety, health and environmental protection guidelines to guarantee a safe working environment
What you bring with you
Completed vocational training EFZ or EBA in the technical-mechanical field
Experience in maintenance, ideally in an automated environment
Reliable, thorough and efficient working method according to instructions and guidelines for sustainable implementation of preventive maintenance work
Willingness for occasional planned special assignments
Willingness for continuous self-development and training
German at least C1, English at least A2
