- House responsibility at night
- Implementation of a holistic understanding of care

You bring
- Joy in working with elderly people.
- Enjoyment in collaborating with assistant staff.
- Ability to work in the field of dementia and gerontology.
- Experience with RAI/RUG or willingness to acquire it.
- Responsibility, creativity, flexibility, and humor.
- You recognize emergency situations and act accordingly.
