Tasks
• Support of teachers in lessons (Cycle 1 and Cycle 2)
• Supervision and engagement of the students
• Accompaniment of children in individual settings
• Supervision of children during lunchtime
• Recognition of crisis situations and appropriate response
• Oral and written handovers
• Independent execution of control tasks
• Department, budget, and journal management
• Administration, personal work planning
• Participation in teacher conferences, team supervisions, case discussions
Requirements
• Experience in educational work
• Minimum age 21 years
• Personal resources for accompanying children aged 5 to 12 years
• Quick comprehension
• Good observation skills and ability to document them orally and in writing
• Distinction between factual and relational levels
• Mental resilience, flexibility, independence, reliability, creativity
• Established, assertive personality with a sense of humor
• IT skills
• Driver's license category B
